Figures from Randstad India's Annual Salary Trends Report 2024-25 (each row links to it), plus offers people choose to share anonymously, which we review before they appear.
Are the calculations checked?
Rates for PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax and labour welfare fund are verified as of 26 September 2026. Minimum wage and income tax are not calculated yet. Review figures with your payroll adviser before issuing letters.
